Trabuco to have fall ball team
Coach Scott Mann reports that Trabuco Hills will have a team participating in the Saturday Fall League at Newport Ridge Park in September. More details and registration will occur at a later date. “This will be a good opportunity for girls to play in additional games with Mustang players — building important team chemistry — while they continue their development as lacrosse players,” the coach says.
Mann suggests other training opportunities:
- Team OC, the top lacrosse club team in Orange County, will be having its player tryout on August 23. As your coach, I strongly recommend Trabuco Hills girls take part in this club team if you have the desire to be a top level lacrosse player or wish to make the right connections with college coaches throughout the United States. Their director, Merri Adamicki-Meyran, has the experience as a coach (Los Alamitos HS) and player (Towson University and United States National Developmental Team). Their goalie coach, Lindsay Feig, is the assistant coach at the University of Redlands. You must reserve your spot for August 23 at http://www.teamoclax.com/
- Serrano Hawks Club Program. This program is directed by El Toro Head Coach Lee Danbara and has proven to be quite beneficial for aspiring lacrosse players. A few Trabuco players participated last Fall. Please consider participating in this club program if you are interested; your lacrosse game will definitely improve. They will be participating in some additional tournaments as well. Serrano FLYER and REGISTRATION FORM!
