Fall 2026 Training Opportunities
The Trabuco Hills Girls’ Lacrosse Fall Camp is currently on hold while the school completes the hiring process for a new head coach. We are excited about the future of the program and will share updates as soon as more information becomes available.
In the meantime, we encourage players to take advantage of other local training and camp opportunities to stay engaged with the sport and continue developing their skills. See below for links to programs our current players participate in. Please note these programs are not officially affiliated with Trabuco Hills High School.
OC Lacrosse Club
OC Lacrosse Club is run by Coach Rich Madrid, the THHS boys’ lacrosse coach. He is putting together a fall program for our girls while the search for a new coach continues.
Designed for 5th–10th grade athletes new to girls’ lacrosse or preparing for high school play. Weekly Sunday sessions emphasize stick work, field awareness, dodging, and scrimmage play in a supportive, confidence-building environment.

Frenzy LC
Frenzy LC is an Orange County GIRLS-ONLY lacrosse program dedicated to fostering a fun, positive environment for passionate players. They approach lacrosse as a tool to teach valuable life skills beyond the field and are committed to empowering young women as both athletes and leaders.
