The Mustang Varsity got off to another slow start, tied 2-2 nearly midway into the first half at Mission Viejo. But a quick burst by Trabuco made it 9-4 at half — and the Mustangs were not seriously threatened after the break for their fifth straight win.
Record 5-1.
Note: Trabuco Varsity now leads the all-time series between the two schools, 5-2.
