Spring Break Workout

From Coach Scott Mann on what he expects from players during Spring Break …

1. Best Option: Find a place to play lacrosse with your friends (you only need a few!)

2. In addition to playing lacrosse, a required workout routine IS HERE!

3. And on the Monday following Spring Break, there will be an all-level fitness test (to see who completed some/all of the workouts!)
