Once again, the Mustang Varsity started slowly. But late in the first half, the visiting Knights were only up by 7-3. But two quick goals before the break gave Foothill a comfortable margin. In the second half, the Mustangs couldn’t mount a serious threat to their Sea View League opponent.
Record: 8-3; 0-2 Sea View.
Notes: Trabuco has never beaten Foothill in 7 tries … This was Mustangs’ 1st home loss of the year. Trabuco had previously won 18 of the last 21 games played at “The T.” … Thursday’s match vs. Woodbridge is at South Lake Middle School.
