Lacrosse speed clinics held this summer

House of Speed is offering lacrosse-specific speed and agility training clinics this summer. The company will donate 10% of the camp fees to the OC Chapter of US Lacrosse Scholarship Fund.

“Athletes will learn proper warm-ups and running form and they will participate in drills and exercises to help them improve Speed, Agility, and Explosiveness for Lacrosse. Skill focus includes explosive first steps, cutting and spin moves, movement to the ball, reaction movements, and eye/hand/body coordination. Athletes will also receive a running form analysis using our Dartfish Video Analysis System.”

When?

  • July 23rd-24th (Fri-Sat) 2pm to 5pm (Cost = $99; Siblings = $79; $120 if paid after July 16.)
  • August 6-7 (Fri-Sat); 9am to Noon (Cost = $99; Siblings = $79; $120 if paid after July 30.)
  • August 28-29 (Sat-Sun) 9am to Noon (Cost = $99; Siblings = $79; $120 if paid after August 21.)
