Lacrosse speed clinics held this summer

June 22, 2010

House of Speed is offering lacrosse-specific speed and agility training clinics this summer. The company will donate 10% of the camp fees to the OC Chapter of US Lacrosse Scholarship Fund.

“Athletes will learn proper warm-ups and running form and they will participate in drills and exercises to help them improve Speed, Agility, and Explosiveness for Lacrosse. Skill focus includes explosive first steps, cutting and spin moves, movement to the ball, reaction movements, and eye/hand/body coordination. Athletes will also receive a running form analysis using our Dartfish Video Analysis System.”
