1. Go over committee assignments. Be prepared to volunteer! Committees:

• FUNDRAISING
• STICK AND STONES TOURNAMENT
• GAME OPERATIONS
• TEAM ACTIVITIES
• OVERSIGHT

2. Collect payments for …

• SpiritPack: $355, $30 more than last year. We are a bit concerned about our higher expenses and lowered fundraising due to our late start. This is a bargain compared to many other sports.
• Media guide/program ads: For every dollar in ads you sell, we take $1 off your SpiritPack cost until it’s $0. Final deadline for ads, ad payment and ad art is March 7. But we will lower your SpiritPack expense on Tuesday for all ad space tha had been reserved to Sandy Young by 9 pm Sunday. We will get you a refund check for other/extra ads you sell/deliver through March 7. (Checks for your SpiritPack balance are payable to Trabuco Hills Girls Lacrosse!)
• Transportation fee: $130 if your girl played no other sport and had no sibling playing a sport. Other payment variations — basically, how to get a discount — are explained HERE! (Check payable to SVUSD!)
• SpiritWear: More orders will be taken! If you have NOT seen the order form … It’s HERE! (Checks payable to Trabuco Hills Girls Lacrosse!)
• New backpacks: To buy for returning players who need/want them! We have a limited supply! Cost $55 plain, $60 w/last name monogrammed. Each new player gets a backpack from the team! (Checks payable to Trabuco Hills Girls Lacrosse!)

3. Also, please bring any outstanding money from 241 Classic ticket sales! This will be final collection!
