Trabuco Hills Girls Lacrosse JV got goals from eight different players and cruised to 13-2 win — their third straight victory — over visting Rosary High from Fullerton.
The Mustangs jumped out to a 9-0 halftime lead vs. the Royals, a first-year program. The second half was a chance for the Mustangs to work on their skills.
Mustang goal scorers: Hope Dodd, 3; Sara Kleinbart, Becca Ransom and Peyton Nunez, 2 each; and one apiece from Jackie Huse, Kelsey Tapia, Melanie Leong and Brittany Fradin.
Notes: Varsity game vs. San Juan Hills was postponed … JV has scored 37 goals in last 3 games.
Record: 3-2.
