Fall workouts begin 5/14
We’ll start this Wednesday at 5:30 p.m. at Trabuco Hills Stadium. We’ll go to 7 p.m. You do NOT have to be signed up for Fall Ball to participate!
- Please bring all the usual equipment plus both running shoes and cleats. We’ll stretch and otherwise warm-up until the football team is done practicing, then hop on the turf field for some stick work. There’s a possibility we may have to use the Upper Field, so if you don’t see us by the track — look there!
- Coach Leong plans to have at least 1 informal, weekly practice, during the fall! This time slot seems to be firm at this moment. Sites and times for other workouts will be determined soon.
- All fall workouts/games/tournaments are not THHS events. US Lacrosse membership is required to participate, to protect your girl and the program. Please register/renew at http://uslacrosse.org!
