Varsity title defense set for ’12
2011 Sea View champs!
The 2012 Trabuco Hills Girls Lacrosse Varsity schedule features two tournaments, eight matches defending the Sea View League crown — and some old friends.
The Mustangs’ defense of their first Sea View League title starts March 20 with a rematch of the dramatic championship-clinching game vs. Aliso Niguel. Down 7-1 with 18 minutes left, Varsity stormed back to win at Aliso Niguel, 9-7.
Before that match, the Mustangs will revisit the Rose Bowl Jamboree for their seventh time — and travel to Laguna Hills for their first taste of the LA/OC Shootout.
In addition, the pre-league schedule includes matches against two old league foes — Foothill and El Toro plus a trip to Newport Harbor. Matches at Tesoro and El Dorado are sprinkled among league contests.
And the regular season ends with Senior Night on April 27 with Yorba Linda visiting for the first Mustang-Mustang battle.
