Player paperwork needed!

THHS Athletics Department needs ASAP:

  • Blue cards (Athletic Clearance forms) and Emergency Cards (white). These are pre-printed fomrs available in the school office.  This information is MANDATORY and must be completely filled out prior to any student’s participation in athletics.  No partially completed forms will be accepted.

Each girl needs medical clearance, too!

School has come up with a new transportation waiver. (Yes, if you handed in what we offered at our parent meeting, sorry, one more time … others, we need this, too!) We’ll need every parent to sign a permission form that will allow you to take your daughter to in-season weekend events where no school transportation will be provided!

Also, have you sign your player agreement?
