Sticks & Stones set for March 28-29

August 28, 2013

Trabuco Hills Girls Lacrosse will hold its 7th annual Sticks & Stones Invitational — what we think is the longest-running junior varsity event in the OC-LA area — on Friday and Saturday, March 28-29, 2014.

The scoop:

  • What? Sticks & Stones Invitational Junior Varsity Lacrosse Tournament
  • Where? Trabuco Hills HS, 27501 Mustang Run, Mission Viejo, CA, 92691. Stadium turf and grass upper fields.
  • Who? Up to 24 Girls’ Lacrosse Junior Varsity teams from across Southern California. As many as three levels of pool play!
  • When? Friday and Saturday, March 28-29, 2014. (Friday games optional!) Games may start as early as 8 am!
  • Cost? $400 per team. (Early bird: $350 if received by Nov. 1, 2013) Checks payable to “Trabuco Hills Girls’ Lacrosse.” Priority given to those programs that register and pay first. (Refund requests must be in writing, $50 service fee will be applied!)
  • Plan? Guaranteed to play at least three games (20 minute halves, running time!)
  • Rain? If heavy rain occurs and closes our grass field, teams will play two games on the turf – or we’ll have a makeup day on April 26, 2014. No weather refunds will be given.
  • Questions? Email trabucolacrosse@gmail.com!
  • We understand school hasn’t gotten in full gear at many districts, and we know it can be tricky to get checks out for payent. So if you just want to say “Hey, save us a spot!” … just email trabucolacrosse@gmail.com. We’ll expect to see your paperwork and check within a reasonable time!
