Mustangs take Rose Bowl Gold Consolation Championship in a thriller!
Mustangs looked tired early on vs. the Sea Hawks in another rainy match, and trailed 6-2 with less than 10 minutes left. But a furious 4-goal rally — with plenty of physical play — tied the match and sent the game into overtime.
There, a quick Mustang goal set the pace. Trabuco played smart and held on for the win — and the trophy!
Record: 2-1
Note: Trabuco beat Redondo Union twice in 2007! Last year, Trabuco won the Rose Bowl Green Championship.
