O.C. playoff format set

US Lacrosse has announced the format for its OC/LA playoffs (2011 Championship Outline HERE!) …
- OC girls tournament has grown to 20 teams from 12.
- Top 12 seeds in “D1” bracket.
- Next 8 seeds in “D2” bracket.
- Both play toward their own OC championship.
Dates:
- Tuesday – May 3rd – D1 Girls 1st Round – Played at the Higher Seed Home Field
- Wednesday – May 4th – D2 Girls 1st Round – Played at the Higher Seed Home
- Thursday – May 5th – D1 Girls 2nd Round– Played at the Higher Seed Home Field
- Saturday – May 7th – D1 & D2 Girls Semifinals – Aliso Niguel HS (11:30am; 2:00pm; 4:30pm; 7:00pm)
- Wednesday – May 11th – D1 Girls Finals – Mission Viejo HS (Girls 4:30pm; Boys 7:00pm)
- Thursday – May 12th – D2 Girls Finals – Aliso Niguel HS (Girls -5pm)
- Saturday – May 14th – D1 & D2 Girls Southern Section Championships – Redondo Union HS (Girls D2-1:15pm; Girls D1 – 3:15pm)
