Trabuco Hills Girls Lacrosse JV couldn’t hold off an Aliso Niguel rally — and had to settle for an 8-8 tie.
The Mustangs raced out to a 6-2 halftime lead. Goal scorers were Madison Dumond, Monica Gascon and two each from Taylor Fox and Cheyenne Ochoa.
After the break, visiting Aliso stormed back. Goals from Becca Haggard and Fox were outnumbered by 6 Wolverine scores.
Notes: Aliso had won the first meeting, 13-3. Sam Ransom had 6 saves … Haggard had 6 ground balls, Ochoa 4.
Record: 9-4-2
