JV scrimmages Mission Viejo

The Trabuco Hills Girls Lacrosse Junior Varsity team got their 2015 season underway with a scrimmage Saturday vs. Mission Viejo.
While nobody officially keeps a scrimmage score, we’ll note that JV Mustangs defensively destroyed the Diablos, limiting Mission Viejo to a single goal. Strong defensive pressure on the ball led to numerous turnovers. The final score would have been 12-1.
A week earlier, the JV scrimmaged Tesoro. The workout started with a quick goal by Kristen Rosenburg followed by an hour of offensive domination. If an official score was being kept, Gabby Bitting would have had 6 goals and the final score would have read 15-4, Mustangs!
Season officially starts Tuesday evening at 7:00 as the Lady Mustangs host El Dorado.
