Trabuco Hills Girls Lacrosse Junior Varsity defeated Woodbridge Tuesday night, 11-2, at Trabuco Stadium.
The Mustangs got off to a fast start, leading 5-1, at half. First-half goals scorers were: Kayla Jones (2), Ieneke Jimenez, Sarah Daneshmand and Zoe Cerutti.
After the break, the Mustangs kept the pedal to the metal for the win. Second-half goals scorers were: Sherry Hsu (2), Shannon Beall, Daneshmand, Jenna Chu and Makenna Joels.
Elsewhere on the field: Jimenez, Kaylie Petko and Daneshmand picked up 3 ground balls; Sarah Daneshmand had 4 takeaways. Goalie Diana Cendejas had three saves.
Record: 3-2
