san clemente logo Trabuco Hills Girls Lacrosse Junior Varsity won their second straight game, a 16-1 road victory at San Clemente on Thursday night.

The Mustangs came out quick, opening a 8-1 halftime lead. Jenna Chu, Sarah Daneshmand and Zoe Cerutti had two goals. Sherry Hsu and Ieneke Jimenez also scored.

The Mustangs poured it on after half, adding eight more scores: Chu and Daneshmand scored twice after the break; one each for Jimenez, Shelby Morris, Alondra Sandoval and Kayla Jones

Goalie Diana Cendejas had two saves.

Record: 4-2
Next game: Sticks & Stones opener vs. El Toro on Friday.
