Trabuco Hills Girls Lacrosse Junior Varsity held an opponent scoreless for the third time this season, getting goals from eight different Mustangs in a 13-0 shutout win over Capo Valley on Thursday night at Trabuco Stadium.
The Mustangs raced to a 7-0 halftime lead and cruised to the win.
Goal scorers: Makenna Joels (3); Shelby Morris (2); Jenna Chu (2); Ieneke Jimenez (2); and one each from Kayla Jones, Meagan Raft, Sarah Daneshmand and Zoe Cerutti. Raft also had two groundballs and two takeaways. Goalie Diana Cendejas had two saves.
Trabuco JV has also held opponents to one goal in three other matches.
Record: 14-3-1
